A qualified lead is a phone-verified shopper who has expressed clear intent — such as requesting an offer, booking a test drive, or asking for a callback. We audit leads regularly to maintain quality.
What happens when I exceed my monthly lead cap?
Overage leads are billed at your tier rate (₹350/lead for Starter, ₹300/lead for Pro). Enterprise plans have custom caps and pricing agreed during onboarding.
Can I add vehicle verification badges to my listings?
Yes. Verification badges (inspection summary or history check) are available as an add-on at ₹499 per badge for Starter, Pro, and Enterprise plans.
Do you support financing and insurance referrals?
We partner with loan and insurance providers. There is a 1.5% referral take-rate on funded volume — this is billed to the finance/insurance partner, not the dealer or shopper.
How does multi-location routing work on Enterprise?
Enterprise plans support routing leads to the nearest or most relevant dealership location in your network, with custom SLA rules per location.
